Ti a Fi groups give parents, carers and young children an opportunity to play and socialise through the medium of Welsh.

Funded Early Education

Welsh Immersion

Children can join Welsh-medium education at a later stage, even if they began their education in an English-medium school. 

Wrexham Council provides a Welsh Latecomers and Immersion Scheme, which supports children transferring to a Welsh-medium school. Support includes help within the school, support for families and, where appropriate, the opportunity to attend the Cynefin Language Centre.

Support is also available for pupils who wish to transfer from an English-medium primary school to Ysgol Morgan Llwyd for Welsh-medium secondary education.
