Welsh for Adults Qualifications
Some learners like a challenge and a goal. You can opt to sit the 'Defnyddio'r Gymraeg' examinations offered by the WJEC (Welsh Joint Education Committee) at the end of each level, from Mynediad (beginners) to Uwch. These examinations give you the opportunity to demonstrate your ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
As a rule, the Mynediad examination takes place at the end of January and June of each year. The Mynediad, Sylfaen, Canolradd and Uwch examinations take place during June of each year.
